In light of the FDA guidance on Bayesian experimentation i thought it might be worth adding documentation to pymc examples on themes of: bayesian assurance, sensitivity analysis and meta analysis

However I am not a clinical trial specialist and my experimentation knowledge is mostly from industry A/B testing. I was hoping someone with better knowledge of the reality of clinical trial processes would cast their eyes over this PR and help me it maximally useful.
Entirely open to collaborating on this PR either extending or revising it.
