Why not Lognormal + Standardized data?
Standardization does not change your model, only makes it (potentially) easier to interpret the coefficients and define their priors.
You can also model the log of your data with a t-student if you want a more flexible version of the Lognormal that like it also doesn’t have the issue of allowing for negative reaction times.
