I have also tried inspecting divergences on pair plots, following this example Diagnosing Biased Inference with Divergences — PyMC example gallery
But I’m getting key errors when trying to access `trace[“diverging”]’ - has the api changed since pymc3? I searched the docs but had no luck
EDIT: through trial I’ve discovered this now in trace.sample_stats["diverging"]
