Many thanks for taking this throughout look to the problem. I have tried to run both models your proposed and I get the same error: ValueError: not enough values to unpack (expected 3, got 0) .
Indeed, a model like the second one is ideal, as the three SIR outputs are required. Hopefully there’s a way around the issue.
