Something’s definitely wrong in your installation. You have pytensor-base, but not pytensor, which shouldn’t be possible. Can you try making a new environment with the “recommended” command, plus an extra -c nodefaults to make sure packages aren’t being pulled from the wrong source:
conda create -c conda-forge -c nodefaults -n pymc_env "pymc>=5"
