How to use the posterior distribution of one model as a prior distribution for another model

@perrette that would be a great addition to pymc-experimental. I understand if you don’t have the time to do it yourself, but I would suggest opening an issue with the idea and links to your experimentations. Perhaps someone else will pick it one day.
