I think I fixed it by adding: [condition_idxs, subj_id_idxs] after the parameters! But somehow this is taking a really long time to fit. Because all of a sudden the progress bar doesn’t display anymore, I don’t have a time estimate but it has already taken over 4 hours. Is this natural for a model as simple as this?
