I think the problem here is related to some over-parametrization issue. One needs to think thoroughly because there’s a restriction that the probabilities have to sum to 1 all the time.
I don’t have time to do the math now, but I think it’s possible to do something that reflects what you want. But one needs to be careful about how to write the model.
