You have to be careful as the arguments are passed by order and not name to the logp function. The observed value is always the first and then they should follow the order of the arguments passed into the DensityDist call.

I added p and lambda_ to the logo function, as you suggested (thank you). It starts sampling and then crashes because the loglikelihood evaluates to NaN.
