Thank-you for your help. I think I am running into another bug where when I try to fit this model it stops at 0 iterations and I get a Problem Reporter dialog on my Mac saying “Python quit unexpectedly”…
I may need to investigate this other issue but hopefully the code you have provided will work for me.
