Hi can i just confirm that when you say ‘clear the cache’ you mean delete all the files beggining with ‘tmp’ in that folder? E.g. C:\Users\blahblahblah\Theano\compiledir_Windows-7-6.1.7601-SP1-Intel64_Family_6_Model_79_Stepping_1_GenuineIntel-3.6.3-64
In my case it would be ~.pytensor\compiler_Linux …etc
Im thinking of doing it because i suffer a similar slow down issue with sampling rate after many runs or crashes.
