Pymc3 - 'final' stable release on conda?

@Helmut 's instructions worked for me. Thanks. I got one warning when importing pymc3:

WARNING (theano.link.c.cmodule): install mkl with `conda install mkl-service`: No module named 'mkl'

But it seems to be working.
