# Suggested fixes for pymc3 and Mojave not working

I see [this](https://discourse.pymc.io/t/problems-with-pymc3-after-updating-to-macos-mojave/1994) thread discusses the problems pymc3 has with Mojave. I’ve followed the instructions in that thread

1. Download [this](https://github.com/devernay/xcodelegacy) repo
2. Run the install command

But I still get the same error. Has anyone found a real solution to this problem? Could someone take me step by step on how to get pymc3 to work on Mojave?

Try creating a new env via `conda create` and adding pymc3 to that env. That seems to work for me.
