Importing pymc and sampling are slow on MacBook (I get blas warning)

My mistake, I read MacBook and then my brain turned off.

If it’s intel then the MKL BLAS should be recommended: conda install "libblas=*=*mkl"? I’m going off the conda-forge BLAS installation guide for that command.
