I am trying to run PYMC3 on an AWS EC2 instance (Ubuntu, Deep Learning AIM, pymc3 3.4.1). My code, which works fine on my Macbook, fails with memory leak on AWS. I know another user @641 reported a similar problem that was resolved by switching to windows… Wanted to let you know that the problem is still present in the latest version of Pymc3 and was wondering if there were any better solutions?
