Time capped sampling

Dear PyMC developers,

This is related to my post on sampling. It would be a great feature for PyMC4 to have a time limited sampling option, i.e, instead setting the number of samples I want to get, setting the time window for sampling. This would be very useful for PyMC implementation that are deployed on HPCC platforms.
