When I use the standard deviation from the experimentally measured data I get the error ValueError: Mass matrix contains zeros on the diagonal. Even with init = ‘adapt_diag’ and informative priors the error is popping up. I noticed that it will run when I multiply the uncertainty for the data by a factor 1000. Anybody have any experience or suggestions for this?
