sd is standard deviation
HPD… is the low and high boundaries of the (in your case 94%) highest probability density
mcse… I guess refers to Markov chain standard error
ESS is the effective sample size, apparently separated for the bulk and tail parts of the posterior
r_hat is the Gelman-Rubin convergence diagnostic
