Getting started for GSOC 2019

Greetings,

This is Indranil, 3rd-year undergrad of Computer Science and Technology. I want to contribute to PyMC for GSOC, can you guide me to get started with the proceedings?

I have already gone through the discussions on https://discourse.pymc.io/

and have gone through PyMC3’s GitHub repo, but can’t figure where, to begin with for PyMC4.

Did you have a look at the issue list: https://github.com/pymc-devs/pymc4/issues?

For example, https://github.com/pymc-devs/pymc4/issues/66 and https://github.com/pymc-devs/pymc4/issues/44 are good first place to start.
