Release of PYMC 4.0

Both the PyMC docs and this April 4 blog post give me the impression PyMC 4.0 has been released.

However, both on PyPi and conda-forge I only find beta versions (b6 and b5 respectively).

When will the official release of PyMC 4.0 take place?

(I hope you guys planned for a good teamparty, it’s very much deserved :clap:)
