Hi, I have a quick question about contributing to the example notebooks.
I found an example notebook which uses some deprecated pandas key words and uses pm.MutableData instead of pm.Data. I am all ready to submit my PR with the fixes, but I just noticed that the contributor guide specifies: “Please do not submit PRs that are not addressing an issue already present in the issue tracker.” I do not see this notebook mentioned in the issue issue tracker. Should I or should I not submit my PR?
