Estimating Subscription Lift

I’m currently developing a Marketing Mix Model (MMM) with PyMC to optimize budget allocations across different platforms. I’ve successfully executed the model and obtained the optimized budget split. However, I’m seeking guidance on how to estimate the potential increase in response, particularly in subscriptions, if the recommended budget is implemented.

What approach would you recommend for quantifying the expected lift in subscriptions or other response metrics when transitioning from the current budget to the optimized one? I would greatly appreciate any insights you can provide!
