Feedback for proposal on the project idea - Improving linear algebra support for PyTensor

Hello!
I have drafted a proposal for the project idea Improve PyTensor linear algebra support and would love to hear some feedback (especially from the mentors @ricardoV94 @jessegrabowski @bwengals) so that i can make the required changes to enhance the same.

Hi Tanish

Yes, it looks very nice. You have a good summary of everything we discussed on the github thread. Admitted, I have no idea what Google looks for, though. Remember the deadline is tomorrow, so I hope you submit it and get accepted!
