greetings from a new contributor + Quick ping on a GP PR (#6649)

Hi everyone!

I would like to introduce myself to the community. Im a 2nd yr CS student and have become very interested in learning quantitative finance, probabilistic programming and bayesian statistics. PyMC looks like an excellent repo to learn from and I am very excited about starting to contribute to the ecosystem!

for my first contribution, I submitted a PR to address a small inconsistency with respect to the treatment of `dims` in the Gaussian Process API in `LatentKron`. You can check it out at: Add dims support to LatentKron GP prior by dhairya-motta · Pull Request #8322 · pymc-devs/pymc · GitHub

I have tried to comply with the contribution guidelines (running the test suite locally, pre-commit hooks, etc.) to the best of my abilities, but if there is anything that I may have missed, feel free to tell me, I am fully open to criticism and willing to be corrected!

If you could spare me some time for a quick glance, I would greatly appreciate it, Looking forward to learning from all of you and contributing more, as well as being mentored on bigger projects in PyMC in the future!
